At Plast 2015, Gruniverpal exhibited its “pièce de résistance”: the
machines in highest demand on the market, particularly recommended for handling
moulds. The Minidrel 20S and 60S are ideal solutions for absolute precision
positioning during lifting operations in the injection press. These machines
are the current state of the art in the sector, and thanks to them Gruniverpal
has strengthened its leading position on the market. A number of strengths have
contributed to this: loading capacity and working range 100% calibrated
according to the type of press, height over tiebars, mould size; perfect load
verticality in every telescopic arm position with maximum precision, zero
sway even in the final centering phase;
steady mould lifting throughout the lifting operation at any height when
complying with the maximum loading capacity; proportional and simultaneous
movement control with instrument panel/wireless remote control; remote mould
changes, maximum operator safety, millimetric centering; customisable
telescopic arm range with mould changes both in a transversal and frontal
position relative to the injection press; patented roll-over protection system
with automatic “overload” shutdown; overall dimensions 50% less than standard
forklifts and cranes with a comparable lifting capacity. And lastly “the baby of the family” GB500. The GB series
features high performance in tight spaces. Its strengths lie in: hydraulic
turret rotation up to 270°; no stabilizers and easy movement of the machine
even with a mould rotated with respect to the transfer axis; total control of
electrohydraulic movements (including transfer) with instrument panel/wireless
remote control; fully automatic and proportional movements for rapid
manoeuvring time; maximum flexibility in tight spaces (machine footprint equal
to a EUR-pallet); patented roll-over protection system with rotation phase
control and automatic “overload” shutdown.
Research, innovation, quality. This is the proposal
from Gruniverpal, a company founded in 1954 by Antonio Tranchero that
specialises in the production of
electrohydraulic equipment for workshops and industrial applications.
Over time, it has diversified production: from mobile cranes to aerial platforms,
special machines for lifting, especially moulds. It does this according to a
strictly “on demand” concept of the project and the product. The company's
keyword is engineering. The know-how developed over sixty years of success with
over 700 patents is the lodestar for the new generation of managers, engineers
and technicians who aim for excellence: from design, to materials, to
performance. The customisation of the product is the basis of every project:
customisation is favoured over seriality. Every customer has their own specific
needs: their demands are the real driver to invest in research and ensure
flexibility in the offer.
